We are an award-winning care home and nursing facility, based in Aberdeen’s West End. We deliver exceptional levels of Residential, Nursing, Dementia & Respite care for up to 86-residents.
We’re seeking a Clinical Unit Lead who is passionate about leadership, committed to providing exceptional care, and ready to make a significant impact. Lead the Clinical Team:
Ensure residents medical, physical, and emotional needs are met by leading the clinical team with expertise and compassion.
Continuously work towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home, setting the standard for high-quality care.
Strong Clinical Skills:
Your clinical knowledge is solid, and you’re confident in applying it to deliver high-quality care.
While not essential, experience working with the elderly is an asset.
Training and Support:
You’re ready to support and guide staff, helping them develop and thrive in their roles.
