??The Role:
* Makingcold callsfrom our internal database and various job boards to attract candidates
* Headhuntingcandidates for permanent job opportunities
* Carrying outcandidate specification calls
* Contacting new and existing clients viaphone and email
* Building strong relationships with both candidates and customers
?What Were Looking For:
* Confident communicator with a great telephone manner
* Target-driven and self-motivated
* Previous recruitment or sales experience is beneficial (but not essential)
* Comfortable making high volumes of calls
* Organised and able to manage your workload
