Job Summary
Support Worker – responsible for supporting up to 14 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours in daily life and community activities.
Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Promote independence and participate in residents’ chosen activities.
- Assist residents in the community as required.
- Provide support in shifts 7:30 am–2:30 pm and 2:30 pm–9:30 pm, including bank holiday work.
Working Hours & Shifts
35 hours per week, 4‑week rolling rota, with alternate weekends and flexible long days possible.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in social care with adults, preference for learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviours (essential).
- Driver’s licence preferred but not essential.
- Must be able to travel to Bodenham.
