A national UK law firm is seeking an NQ - 3 PQE solicitor to join its public projects team. They are looking to recruit in any of their Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham or Cardiff offices - two days a week in the office.
Regeneration is a core component of this role, and candidates must have experience and a genuine interest in delivering complex regeneration projects—such as large-scale, housing-led, mixed-use, or town centre schemes for public, private, or third sector clients.
They are open to hearing from candidates from any of the following backgrounds: commercial, projects, construction or real estate - with regeneration experience. This is a broad role which will allow you to develop a deep understanding and deliver end to end support on impactful projects.
