We are a specialist setting for students aged 11–18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our school prides itself on delivering personalised learning in a nurturing, inclusive environment, where every pupil is supported to reach their full potential.

The Role
Monday to Friday – 9am to 4pm
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students with their learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
* Work 1:1 and in small groups, both in and outside the classroom
* Help deliver engaging, personalised learning activities
* Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction
* Assist teachers with planning, resources, and student progress records
* Build strong, respectful relationships with students
* Support pupils in developing skills for independence and future success
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with young people (school, care, youth work, or volunteer background)
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* A genuine passion for working with students with additional needs
* A positive, resilient, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to personal and professional development
