Connecting Carers in Scotland is seeking a dedicated Carer Link Worker to provide vital support to unpaid Carers across Sutherland. You will deliver an embedded information service and engage with the community, helping Carers access timely support. A passion for supporting others, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop Adult Carer Support Plans are essential.
