Key Responsibilities: Handling incoming queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency. Managing and organising the department's mailbox. Booking and scheduling appointments for clients and team members. Coordinating and scheduling work for the team to ensure smooth operations. Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and internal systems. Providing general administrative support as needed. You should be an experienced Administrator who is proactive and enthusiastic.
