The Role
The exciting company are currently looking for an Event Coordinator to join their fun-loving team and deliver their events across the UK and internationally.
The roles responsibilities are broad and includes;
* Supporting in event delivery from brief to completion
* Booking flights and accommodation in the UK and globally
* Sourcing venues across the UK
* Negotiating rates with venues and suppliers
* Managing contracts with clients, suppliers and venues
* Supporting in the managing of budgets
* Delegate management - creating and sending invites, booking travel, booking accommodation, sending joining instructions
* Going on-site to events to ensure they run smooth and complete client satisfaction
* Hold a UK driving licence and be able to drive
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a huge passion for events and will ideally have a degree in Event Management or experience planning and organising events. You MUST be able to drive, as it is office based 5 days p/week in office. It is key that you have a true love for events and the ability to multi-task.
