THE ROLE
The exciting company are currently looking for an Event Coordinator to join their fun-loving team and deliver their events across the UK and internationally.
The roles responsibilities are broad and includes:
1. Supporting in event delivery from brief to completion
2. Booking flights and accommodation in the UK and globally
3. Sourcing venues across the UK
4. Negotiating rates with venues and suppliers
5. Managing contracts with clients, suppliers and venues
6. Supporting in the managing of budgets
7. Delegate management - creating and sending invites, booking travel, booking accommodation, sending joining instructions
8. Going on-site to events to ensure they run smoothly and complete client satisfaction
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a huge passion for events and will ideally have a degree in Event Management or experience planning and organising events. It is key that you have a true love for events and the ability to multi-task.
