As a CQC-regulated provider, we deliver trusted care in the community, supporting both non-complex and complex health needs. We’re now looking for experienced Health Care Assistants with specialist skills to support a client with Cerebral Palsy.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be providing one-to-one, person-centred care for an individual with complex medical needs, including:
* Cerebral Palsy care
* Managing a Mickey button connected to a drainage bag
* Administering medication and nutrition via a Jejunal (JEJ) feeding tube
* Complex manual handling support
* Supporting daily routines while preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome individuals with previous NHS, care home, or support worker experience.
Essential requirements:
* Experience supporting Cerebral Palsy clients
* Knowledge of JEJ tubes and Mickey button management
* Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2+ in Health & Social Care
* Manual Handling & Basic Life Support (certified)
* Safeguarding Level 2 or 3
* Full UK Driving Licence
* DBS on the Update Service
* Right to work in the UK
* Minimum 1 year of care experience
Schedule
We offer consistent shift patterns to give you structure and work-life balance:
* Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
* Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
* Sunday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
* Full-time, part-time, and zero-hours contracts available
