We are currently recruiting for an experienced Demand Planner to take ownership of forecasting and planning activity across the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a role where accurate forecasting, strong stakeholder engagement and reliable inventory availability play a crucial part in commercial success.
The Role
The successful candidate will oversee the full demand planning cycle, producing accurate forecasts within an SAP/APO environment and ensuring close alignment with regional sales plans. The position includes leading monthly demand reviews, analysing historical data, and identifying risks and opportunities that support informed decision making.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain reliable demand forecasts
* Lead monthly demand review sessions with sales and account teams
* Analyse historical data to understand trends, patterns, and seasonality
* Gather inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve forecast accuracy
* Support the monthly S&OP process with reports, variance analysis, and presentations
* Communicate forecast risks, assumptions, and opportunities to stakeholders
* Track and improve forecast accuracy and other KPI measures
* Contribute to the improvement of forecasting tools and planning models
* Support wider supply chain reporting and optimisation initiatives
About You
* 2 - 3 years’ experience in demand planning using recognised forecasting tools
* Additional background in supply chain planning or similar analytical roles
* Experience supporting multi country planning across the EMEA region
* A qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
* Strong grasp of forecasting principles, trend analysis, and KPI management
* Analytical, organised, and confident in problem‑solving
* Skilled in data management and inventory planning; SAP MRP/APO experience is beneficial
* Strong communicator, able to work effectively across multiple teams
