What you will do:
- Collaborate within the Centralised Mental Health Social Work Team to ensure effective linkage with the clinical locality MINT Teams.
- Deliver mental health and social care outcomes through structured interventions.
- Conduct Care Act assessments, Safeguarding Adult S42.2 enquiries, and Mental Capacity Assessments.
- Prepare Social Circumstances Tribunal reports, applying your sound knowledge of frameworks like the Care Act 2014 and Mental Health Act 1983.
- Manage a complex caseload and lead statutory duties within the mental health social work team.
- Provide supervisory duties for junior staff and oversee Duty on a rotational basis, offering mentorship and leadership.
