A specialist Lloyd’s of London Syndicate are now seeking an experienced Claims Administrator to join their Leeds City Centre team
* A specialist Lloyd’s of London Syndicate who are an Employer's and Third-Party Liability Insurer providing bespoke Liability Insurance, for complex and high-risk businesses, are now seeking an experienced Claims Administrator to join their Leeds City Centre team whilst also working very closely with the London City team.
* It is a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide claims handling and administrative support (Liability Claims, Employers Liability and Public Liability covering a wide range of Industries) (No motor or TPPD)
* Record and process new and existing claims
* Liaise with Loss Adjusters, Brokers, Policyholders and Solicitors
* Process claim payment requests and pass for approval
* Utilise systems such as IRIS, CRU and Bordereaux
* Carry out general administration duties as and when required
About You
* A good understanding of the technical aspects of Insurance and Reinsurance
* Liability claims experience - EL/PL
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to manage and prioritise tasks working to short deadlines
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and Word
* Ideally have experience of using Insurance related systems such as IRIS, CRU and Bordeaux
Salary & Benefits
* In addition to a generous annual basic salary excellent benefits package is also offered
* full-time role working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with an hour for lunch
