Position - Registered Care Manager

Your hours - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility as to the needs of the business

Responsibilities
* Be a dedicated registered domiciliary care manager responsible for the day-to-day running of care operations in a rural community.
* Ensure every individual receives safe, effective, and person-centred care and maintain compliance with CQC regulations and high-quality standards.
* Inspire and support the team by leading recruitment, training, and supervision, ensuring staff are valued and equipped to succeed.
* Oversee care planning, safeguarding, budgeting, staffing, and resources to keep the service running smoothly.
* Build trusted relationships with customers, families, professionals, and commissioners; represent the company confidently during inspections, reviews, and multi-agency meetings.
* Utilise digital systems to ensure communication and documentation are accurate, transparent, and up to date.
Requirements
* Experience as a registered domiciliary care manager with strong man-management skills.
* Excellent operational skills with a passion for hitting KPIs and growing the business through maintaining the highest standards of care.
* Knowledge of rural mid, north and east Devon, with the territory including the Blackdown Hills and Tiverton countryside.
* This is not a sales role; new business will be won by Directors. You will have registration and run the business on an operational basis.
* DBS clearance required.
