We are currently recruiting a forward‑thinking, reliable, enthusiastic administration professional to join our busy administration team as a Medical Secretary based at Whitegate Drive Health Centre, Blackpool, aligned to the Specialist Network.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive secretarial, administration and information service to specified Consultant(s) and the Multidisciplinary Team.
* Facilitate the organisation of the workload of the Consultant and team, and coordinate activities with other medical secretaries to ensure an efficient and confidential service.
* Support the day‑to‑day workload of the CYPMH team and administration colleagues.
* Execute day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as data inputting, minute taking, document management and meeting scheduling.
* Work flexibly in response to the service needs.

Qualifications
* Good level of education, including Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent.
* Business Administration NVQ 4 or equivalent ECDL.
Knowledge
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
* Knowledge of Safeguarding Agenda.
* Knowledge of Customer Service approaches.
Experience
* Data inputting and checking.
* Administration of meetings – organising, minute taking, document management.
