The Role
As Inventory & DRP Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of inventory strategies and distribution requirements across our global supply chain. Your mission? Ensure product availability, minimize excess inventory, and optimize logistics efficiency by aligning supply with demand forecasts.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and manage inventory strategies to meet service level targets while minimizing costs
* Lead the distribution requirements planning process for timely replenishment across the network
* Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams for seamless supply chain alignment
* Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain and enhance ERP planning systems (Oracle, SAP, Kinaxis, or similar)
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years in inventory management, DRP, or supply chain planning
* Strong ERP and planning systems knowledge (SAP APO, Oracle, JDA, Kinaxis)
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* International supply chain experience
* Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related
