Your responsibilities as a Practice Accountant include:
6. Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements and tax returns.
7. Preparing year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, charities, and sole traders.
8. Supporting and reviewing the work of junior staff, providing coaching and feedback.
9. Attending client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships.
10. Preparing VAT schedules, corporation tax computations, and tax returns.
11. Contributing to workflow planning and resource allocation within the team.
12. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and firm policies.
To be considered for this Practice Accountant role, you should have:
13. An ACA or ACCA qualification (newly qualified or recently qualified).
14. Previous experience within a UK accountancy practice environment.
15. Full driving licence and ability to travel to client sites when required.
