Working in the Finance Analytics team, this is a permanent role based in London and sits with the Finance Management Reporting & Analytics team.

Description
 * Supporting a wide range of stakeholders within Finance and across the organisation's marketing and strategic planning departments.
 * Involvement in the end‑to‑end delivery of analytics reporting solutions and supporting adoption of data transformation and data analytics applications.
 * Proactive exploration and finance use‑case prototyping of reporting, productivity and other applications/tools to drive efficiency, innovation, and data governance.
 * Empower analytics application end users through the enhancement documentation and training materials curricula ensuring these reference materials are actively managed for updates.
 * Ensure analytics and reporting change is managed appropriately and in a timely manner from a finance perspective.
 * Proactively contribute to the evolution of Power BI analytics with timely and accurate updates to shared dashboards.
 * Perform required data analysis, data modelling, data integration and data reconciliation activities to support a wide range of stakeholders.
Profile
 * Excellent analytical skills.
 * Sound understanding of accounting principles (ideally Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
 * Experience of working with Business Intelligence tools (particularly PowerBI and Tableau) - essential.
 * Experience of using Alteryx also beneficial.
 * Advanced MS Excel skills / experience is essential.
 * Practical knowledge of SQL highly desirable.
 * Banking or Financial Services sector experience - highly desirable.
 * Ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
 * Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
 * Experience working in a finance‑based reporting role (management accounts, financial reporting, product control, tax or regulatory reporting) highly desirable.
 * Confident working with large data sets and performing data reconciliation is essential.
 * Educated to degree level or equivalent vocational qualification in a Finance / Banking / Accounting / Data Science / Data Analytics Discipline.
