What Youll Be Doing
As Operations Manager, youll support the Depot Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, safety, and efficiency across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and monitor the traffic dispatcher team and depot KPIs (Service, Safety, Profitability)
* Supervise daily shift operations and driver performance
* Ensure vehicle availability in collaboration with fleet management
* Manage, train, and develop team members
* Address underperformance and manage absences
* Plan for new work mobilisation and seasonal routing challenges
* Resolve routing and service issues, including customer visits
* Drive cost control and operational efficiency
* Uphold Health & Safety standards and procedures
* Act as Deputy to the Depot Manager when required
