The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in a week
Description
This includes managing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, all specialist areas that require a dedicated point of contact for the team. To ensure team efficiency, this role requires a very organized and methodical individual with strong communication skills who is comfortable planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
To support our clients across all media globally, this role demands high competency in managing and multitasking projects with broad deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, understanding project timelines, and proactive organization are key to maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Regular communication with Commercial/Project Managers, updating the Image Team Leaders and Head of Art, and keeping records current are essential responsibilities.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any business area, plan, and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Develop positive, proactive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges to gauge priorities and contribute to team strategy and planning.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during the development of imagery.
* Assess the feasibility of creative work briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review processes, and production workflows.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, with clear visibility of job statuses.
* Keep team members updated on project statuses and motivate during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are detailed and accurate, and that teams have all necessary assets.
* Act as the communication channel between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts, raise PO’s for outsourced or freelance imagery, and ensure estimates are approved beforehand.
* Ensure invoices are issued promptly and accurately.
Skills
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. An interest in CG and photography, along with a willingness to learn team software, will be beneficial. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, and a positive, can-do attitude.
