HR Assistant — 17.5 hours per week • Fixed Term for 9 – 12 months (Maternity Cover) • Ayr Campus (the job holder may be requested to work at our other campuses when required) • £31,017 per annum, pro rata

Responsibilities
* Encompasses the full range of HR activities including recruitment, payroll, minute taking, and maintaining the data held within our HR Information System (HRIS).
* Provide assistance to and support the HR Advisors in delivering a high quality, efficient and effective HR service for the College.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Educated to HND level or have relevant experience in an HR related environment.
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR Information Systems and experience of providing support within an HR environment.
Working Arrangements
Once you have taken time to understand the organisation and you are confident with the HRIS, hybrid working is supported with most of the team splitting their time between home and Ayr Campus, with occasional travel to other campuses at Kilmarnock and Kilwinning.
