Job Overview

The ideal candidate will work within a fast-paced office environment delivering excellent customer service at all times. The candidate will become a key member of the team dealing with all aspects of lettings and property management administration. This role would be suitable for someone who wishes to develop a career in Lettings and Property Management.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

* Dealing with all aspects of lettings office administration
* Property Software Database Input
* Filing property and tenancy information
* Ordering office supplies
* Assisting with utilities transfer at tenancy changeover
* Assist with tenant referencing and creation of tenancy documents
* Issuing Inventories & Inspection Reports as produced by the Property Managers
* Issuing keys to Contractors
* Booking viewings
* Dealing with all customers on the phone, by email and personal callers to the shop.

You will learn how to work in a busy office environment both as a team and individually. You will learn how to use our bespoke data bases and complete daily tasks. You will gain confidence in managing your work load.

Key Skills

* National 5 English is required for this role
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Strong customer service skills
* Good attention to detail
* Well organised with an ability to prioritise and manage own work schedule and deal with real time interruptions
* Calm self-confidence and a mature outlook.
* Ability to work effectively within a small team
