YOUR ROLE

Our operation based in Wellesbourne is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team. In this role you will be is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legislation while meeting performance, customer, and commercial targets.

This is a Monday to Friday role 07:30 to 15:30.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Site Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the warehouse operation, leading and motivating a team of team leaders and warehouse colleagues. You will ensure that all activities are managed in line with company procedures, legislative requirements, and customer standards, with a strong focus on health & safety, quality, and security. You will ensure smooth operational performance, including the accurate measurement, reporting, and achievement of key performance indicators productivity, and financial targets. This will include effective resource planning, performance management, attendance control, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping.

You will build strong working relationships with internal and external customers, attending regular business reviews and acting as a key operational contact. A key part of the role will be developing and future-proofing the team through coaching, succession planning, and skills development, while promoting a continuous improvement culture through Kaizen activities and engagement initiatives. You will lead by example, driving a positive, high-performance culture that supports growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-moving warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management systems, and health and safety requirements. You will be a confident and effective leader with proven people management skills, able to manage performance, lead teams, and adapt to change while delivering excellent customer service across multiple stakeholders. Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure, control costs, and make informed decisions. Experience in customer management, continuous improvement, and operational reporting, supported by relevant industry qualifications, will be highly advantageous.
