Milk Education are recruiting Trainee Teachers to work across Primary schools in Washington. This is a fantastic opportunity for ECTs or trainee teachers completing their teacher training who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience and secure their first teaching role.

The Role:
1. Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
2. Follow school planning or contribute to lesson preparation
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
4. Assess and monitor pupil progress
5. Work collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders

6. QTS (or on track to achieve QTS)
7. Strong classroom management skills
