As a Digital Conduct Manager in the Conduct, International Consumer (IC) team, you will oversee fair value assessments in investment products and provide proactive advice to ensure compliant processes. Your role is vital in balancing operational demands with regulatory requirements, making a significant impact on consumer conduct.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee fair value assessments in investment products
2. Provide proactive advice and practical support to ensure compliant processes
3. Assist and support on all matters relating to Consumer Duty
4. Establish routine conduct risk reviews for new products and services
5. Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and near-misses
6. Support conduct lead on key priority areas, including Consumer Duty, AI, data, and vulnerable customers
7. Collaborate with contact center quality assurance and complaints analysis team
8. Prepare papers and updates for the International Consumer Banking Conduct Forum
9. Ensure action plans are agreed, implemented, and tracked to completion
10. Liaise with senior management to provide regular assurance and updates
11. Develop and deliver Digital Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty training
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
12. Detailed understanding of FCA New Consumer Duty Regulation
13. Strong knowledge of CASS, Consumer Duty, UCITS, and MiFID II rules
14. Experience in a conduct role within a regulated environment
15. Working knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements, including consumer vulnerability guidance
16. Experience in Conduct, TCF, Outcome Testing, ideally in financial services
17. Supporting the delivery of FCA guidance implementation plan
18. Strong written and verbal communication skills
19. Strong analytical skillset, with the ability to systematically break down complex tasks
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
20. Experience in digital conduct risk management
21. Familiarity with AI and data management in financial services
22. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior management
23. Proven track record in developing and delivering training programs
