What You’ll Be Doing
* Leads the end-to-end functional design of bespoke Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.)
* Gathers and translates client requirements into user stories for Scrum delivery
* Validates and demos the finished solution
* Acts as the primary trusted contact for ongoing CRM queries and stakeholder management across multiple clients.
* Leading workshops, gathering requirements, and writing clear, concise documentation.
* Advising clients on best practices, governance, and how to get the most out of their Microsoft stack.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Staying ahead of the curve with Microsoft’s roadmap and new features—because you’re curious like that.
* Solid experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
* Confident running workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting to stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of CRM principles and customer engagement processes.
* Experience writing functional specs, configuring systems, and supporting testing and go-lives.
* Bonus points if you’ve worked in industries like Financial Services, Attractions, Member organisations, Housing, or Healthcare.
* Microsoft certifications like MB-280 and PL-600? Even better.
