Overview
The Belfry Hotel & Resort is an award‑winning hotel with 450+ luxury bedrooms, multiple restaurants and bars, world‑class golf courses, and a premier leisure club and spa. The resort has recently undergone a £80 million expansion, adding 149 new rooms, a new event space, and upgraded facilities.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Commercial team to develop and market unique guest experiences, seasonal packages and promotions to drive revenue.
* Lead the overall transient strategy, delivering budget through dedicated marketing campaigns.
* Plan, manage and execute marketing plans across all resort areas, including Spa, Golf, F&B, Family, Leisure, Weddings and the MICE market.
* Manage The Belfry website, updating content, improving user journeys and streamlining the booking experience to grow online revenue and direct business.
* Supervise the Marketing Assistant, ensuring smooth daily departmental operations.
* Oversee the digital marketing agency, ensuring campaign effectiveness and KPI delivery.
* Monitor the monthly marketing budget and understand monthly business P&L.
* Manage workload and new projects, delivering on time and communicating to relevant audiences.
* Analyse and report on performance, producing monthly reports, driving improvements and researching opportunities.
Qualifications
* Strong marketing mix knowledge with a focus on digital marketing.
* Background in the hospitality industry.
* Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing.
* Organised and able to work independently.
* Confident, creative personality.
Compensation
The on‑target earning potential for this role is £38,300.80 per annum, comprising a base salary of £36,720.00 plus a qualified estimate of £1,580.80 in annual gratuities.
