Grade : 11 Location: Stirling Contract: Full-time, permanent At SMT GB, we’re passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers — and our Regional Support Administrators play a vital role in making that happen. In this key position, you’ll provide essential support to our Regional Sales and Service Delivery Managers, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations across multiple Customer Support Centres. From managing compliance activities and maintaining data accuracy to supporting regional teams and coordinating key processes, your work will help us deliver the “best in class” service our customers expect. What you’ll be doing: Raising purchase orders for rechargeable items and consumables Coordinating compliance activities such as tool inspections, calibrations, and repairs Maintaining SHEQ data within our Quality Management System Updating regional machine population and customer information in ERP and CRM systems Supporting teams with administrative tasks in portals such as CareTrack Managing regional waste processes and ensuring accurate records are kept Liaising with Learning & Development and Payroll to ensure local training and time records are up to date Following up on audit results and ensuring actions are completed on time What you'll need: Previous experience in an administrative or support role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to work collaboratively and flexibly across multiple teams Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, solution-focused mindset Passionate about continuous improvement and finding smarter ways to work Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications What's in it for you?
