Quality and Compliance Support Assistant
3t | Training Services (UK) is recruiting a Quality and Compliance Support Assistant based in Manchester, UK.
The Role
You will be responsible for the implementation, recording and monitoring of all Quality activities and objectives of 3t Training Services. You will implement quality and standardisation programs across the site designed to ensure compliance in accordance with awarding body standards and best practice. You will also be responsible for leading and supporting the internal and external quality audit process for all certification/awarding bodies, customers across the site, systems and course audits.
Duties And Responsibilities
* Responsible for implementation and management of ISO 9001 requirements across the sites.
* Maintain an annual audit schedule for all quality activities.
* Complete internal quality audits, audit reports and ensure the correct reporting and actioning of any findings for all site, systems, course and supplier audits.
* Maintain an annual audit schedule for all external awarding body audits.
* Support on all external awarding body audits ensuring all findings, non-conformances and corrective actions are resolved and closed in a timely manner.
* Work with operational managers and leads ensuring all standards are followed and appropriate training has been provided to enable implementation.
* Responsible for all appropriate management of all feedback, complaints and non-conformances.
* Support with quarterly standardisation meetings on site to be attended by all lead instructors (minutes to be provided with all actions appropriately allocated for completion).
* Conduct a monthly walk around of site areas reporting any potential issues promptly via a weekly email to the Compliance Manager and General Manager.
* Manage control of documentation process for site.
* Manage change process within training business.
* Provide support to aid root cause analysis.
* Undertake additional duties as requested by Compliance/General Manager.

Development
If not already held, the successful candidate must be willing to work towards achieving their Assessor qualification, Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) certification, and Internal Auditor accreditation. Support and guidance will be provided to facilitate professional development in these areas as part of the role.
