Aquent is partnering with a global leader in technology who are looking for a Content Design Producer to join their Books team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality illustration and graphic design projects for one of the world’s most visible media products.
Contract Details
1. 📅 – 4 month contract (17/11/24 – 27/03/26)
2. 💷 – £330-£340 per day (PAYE)
3. 📍 – Battersea, London (3 days per week on-site)
Role Overview
This role is to provide cover for an existing contractor, working closely with a talented design team in London and Tokyo, alongside editorial colleagues across the US, Europe, Japan, and Australia. You’ll need to be highly organised, confident working autonomously, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced global environment.
Main Responsibilities
4. Lead the end-to-end production process across Books content design projects.
5. Manage timelines, trackers, and resourcing needs to keep projects on schedule.
6. Oversee deliverables such as promotions, internal design toolkits, and suites of artwork.
7. Maintain clear cross-functional communication with designers, editorial teams, and global partners.
8. Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks before they become issues.
9. Ensure all creative outputs meet Apple’s high standards for accuracy, design quality, and cultural relevance.
10. Partner with internal art buying teams when engaging external illustrators or artists.
Required Experience & Qualifications
11. Significant proven experience as a Producer or Creative Project Manager in a design-heavy environment (agency or large in-house studio).
12. Strong track record managing illustration and graphic design deliverables.
13. Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage trackers, dashboards, and multiple concurrent projects.
14. Experience collaborating across international teams and time zones.
15. Highly detail-focused, proactive, and confident working independently.
Desirable Experience
16. Background in high-volume agency or large-scale in-house creative studios.
17. Prior experience supporting international brands or design teams.
18. Comfortable parachuting into short-term contracts and quickly taking ownership.
19. Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
