Overview
We are seeking a Credit Risk Business Analyst to support a financial services client in London. This role sits within the Risk and Technology function, focusing on enhancing credit risk processes, controls, and data capabilities across critical systems.
This is a specialist BA role suited to someone with strong credit risk domain knowledge and experience working in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with Credit Risk, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
2. Analyse and document credit risk processes, including:
* Credit assessment & approval workflows
* Exposure and limit management
* Provisioning and impairment (IFRS 9)
3. Translate business requirements into:
* Functional specifications
* User stories (Agile)
* Process maps
4. Support delivery of risk system enhancements and transformation initiatives
5. Work closely with data teams to define:
