This role requires a proactive, qualified accountant to support decision-making through strong financial controls and financial reporting during times of change. The ideal opportunity for a commercially minded professional who can take a hands-on approach within a fast-paced environment. An insight into your responsibilities: Manage and guide the finance team. Oversee the preparation of management accounts and reports. Maintain and advance financial controls and processes. Management of the cashflow forecasting and working capital. Provide financial insight through variance analysis and forecasting. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and review payroll submissions. Support budgeting, reporting packs, and decision-making. Continuously seek improvements and assist with projects/changes. Provide financial guidance to the senior management team.
