Overview
We have a great opportunity available to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Low Newton, working as a Digital Skills Teacher. This role is offered on a permanent part-time basis, working 18.5 hours per week.

Qualifications and Experience
* Teaching qualification and where applicable, relevant subject specialist qualification – with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within 12 months
* Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)/ Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) or commit to work towards within a specified timeframe (Applies to Teachers in YOI only)
* Ability to create stimulating, vibrant environments conducive to learning and motivation for learners
* Achievement of quality targets
* Producing accurate and timely reports
