Office Administrator Apprentice
We offer the opportunity for someone to learn all aspects of how a busy garage runs the administration part of the business. This includes filing paperwork correctly, checking deliveries and inputting data into systems.
What you will do in your working day
* Checking in various car parts that are delivered to the reception.
* Reconcile delivery notes to ensure they match the parts that have been delivered.
* Filing all relevant paperwork correctly.
* Help prepare and enter data onto an estimating system.This will enable us to compile an estimate to send to Ins. Co’s
The training you will be getting
You will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. You may also need to work towards Level 2 maths and English Functional Skills if not already exempt.
