Role Overview The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the commercial management of projects ranging in value from £25k to £1m, working across all stages of the project lifecycle. You will be confident working under your own initiative, managing take-offs, and contributing to the successful financial delivery of projects. While previous fit-out experience would be advantageous, it’s not essential — a background in construction or D&B contracting will be equally valued.
