As a Headteacher you will:
1. Provide strategic leadership and direction, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, safeguarding and wellbeing.
2. Champion the school's ethos: Kind, Safe, Respectful and Hardworking, while promoting compassion, inclusion and equility.
3. Lead and develop a skill multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of coollaboration and continuous improvement.
4. Drive innovation in curriculum design and therapeutic approaches tailored to ASC.
5. Ensure compliance with the Independent School Standards, SEND code of practice and Ofsted Regulations.
6. Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and the wider community to support holistic outcomes for pupils.
We are looking for an insiring leader with:
7. Proven experience in strategic school leadership, ideally within SEND or specialist settings.
