TSA Surveying is partnering with a respected building consultancy that is looking to appoint a permanent Survey Team Manager to support their continued growth within the housing sector. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of stock condition surveys
* Onboard new surveyors, including arranging induction, shadowing and training days
* Provide software training and ongoing performance management
* Lead, support and mentor a team of surveyors to ensure quality and productivity
* Travel across Manchester, Leeds and Stoke as required
What Were Looking For
* Experienced Stock Condition Surveyor (ideally 2+ years)
* Strong background within the housing sector
* Previous team-leading or supervisory experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
