About the Role
As a Supply TA, you will:
* Support pupils in the classroom with learning and engagement
* Work 1:1 with children who may need additional guidance
* Assist the class teacher with activities, organisation and behaviour support
* Step into different year groups and settings, building valuable experience
* Play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
