Gloucester, GL3 – £55k‑£65k per annum.
About the Role
Principal or Associate-level Structural Engineer needed for a variety of projects across residential, hotels, education, commercial, conservation, and retail sectors.
Responsibilities
* Design RC frames and structural components using software such as Tekla, Robot, and Tedds.
* Lead a team of five staff and mentor graduates.
* Run projects, manage client interactions, and deliver high-quality structural solutions.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an office of approximately 20 employees.
Qualifications
* Chartered MIStructE or MICE.
* Extensive experience in RC frame design and other structural materials.
* Proficiency in structural design software (Tekla, Robot Structural Analysis, Tedds).
* Experience leading projects and engaging with clients.
