This is an excellent opportunity to join an already established while major organisation also investing heavily in the development and progression of its people.Youll be working in a supportive commercial team structure, working alongside an experienced Commercial Manager and overseeing an established support team. The company has a strong track record of promoting from within and offers clear, structured career progression.Typical responsibilities will include:Managing project costs and ensuring financial efficiencySupporting procurement and subcontractor managementPreparing valuations, variations, and cost reportsAssisting with contract administration and risk managementWorking closely with the site and project delivery teamsSupporting the Commercial Manager in overall project performanceAbout YouExperience as a Quantity Surveyor in UK / Irish ConstructionBackground with a main contractor (tier 1 preferred)Commutable to DunstableWhats on Offerc.
