Apprentice Regulatory Compliance Officer – 5 Posts Available We are offering an exciting opportunity to begin your career in housing enforcement and regulation through our earn-while-you-learn apprenticeship programme. This role combines practical, hands-on experience with academic study, leading to a fully funded Level 4 Regulatory Compliance Officer qualification. As an apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced Private Sector Housing team, gaining real-world experience in property inspections, housing standards enforcement, licensing schemes, and tackling rogue landlords. You’ll support investigations, assist with legal notices, and engage with tenants, landlords, and partner agencies. You will be expected to manage a varied workload while attending off-the-job training one day a week as part of your apprenticeship programme delivered by CSA Learning. GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above or equivalent 3 A Levels (or equivalent) grades C or above or equivalent A full driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel across the borough is required. For this apprenticeship programme applicants are required to have Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C or above and to have achieved one of the following admission conditions: A full driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel across the borough is required.
