As a Personal Independence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our people to achieve and maintain independence, ensuring both the firm and our employees adhere to regulatory rules.
What your days will look like:
1. Empower Independence: Provide support, guidance, and resources to help our people maintain independence from clients and comply with regulatory rules.
2. Leverage Technology: Use innovative technology to enhance our service offerings and drive engagement across diverse stakeholders.
3. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with multiple stakeholders, including partners, staff, and internal teams, to identify and implement solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
Enhance Service Delivery: Implement solutions that enhance our service delivery, making a tangible impact on our operations.
This role is for you if:
We are looking for someone who demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, with a proven track record of managing processes in challenging environments.
You should have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to make connections between different concepts, and the capability to clearly articulate these to non-experts. Experience in navigating multiple stakeholder relationships and coaching junior team members is also highly valued.
