As a Retail Cluster Manager, you will have a background in retail and have experience in a multi-site environment. You will lead our Shop Managers across the different retail shops to drive sales to achieve strategic objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
* Collaborate with the Head of Retail to plan, set, and manage the annual retail operating budget, taking corrective actions as needed
* Ensure your teams are delivering as per the strategic plan and in line with company policies and procedures
* Monitor and evaluate the commercial performance of each shop with your remit and E-commerce division, reporting to the Head of Retail regularly
* Oversee retail property management matters, ensuring compliance and maintenance of property databases
Essential requirements of the role include:
* Proven experience in managing, supporting and resourcing a geographically dispersed team through setting and monitoring objectives and targets
* Proven experience in managing and setting budgets
* A good understanding of retail management and the challenges of working within the voluntary sector
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload
