Role Overview
As a dedicated HR Recruitment Consultant, you will :
* Build and maintain relationships with top-tier HR candidates and client organizations
* Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and skills matching
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent HR positions
* Develop a deep understanding of HR market trends and talent pools
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in HR recruitment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of successful permanent placements
* Strong networker with a proactive approach
* Advanced knowledge of HR sector dynamics and role specifications
* Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
* Experience of managing both candidates and clients and guidance through the recruitment process

Qualifications
