The Role
As Chief Executive Officer, you will provide inspiring leadership and operational management, ensuring our services continue to deliver life-changing impact. You will also drive financial sustainability, develop partnerships, and represent Acorns locally, regionally, and nationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Working with the Board of Trustees to set and deliver strategic priorities.
* Leading staff and embedding a culture of wellbeing, inclusivity, and accountability.
* Overseeing service delivery and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards.
* Securing and diversifying income to sustain long-term growth.
* Acting as ambassador for Acorns and advocating for survivors of domestic abuse.
About You
We are seeking an inspiring, values-driven leader with:
* A track record in a senior leadership role within the charity, public, or related sector.
* Strong people, financial, and organisational management skills.
* Experience of partnership working, stakeholder engagement, and income generation.
* Commitment to trauma-informed practice, safeguarding, and equality, diversity, and inclusion.
