Sales Director (Co-Founder) / Delivery Consultant Roles
My client, a high‑billing, very successful high‑growth business in Bromley, are seeking 2 Delivery Consultants to join their tech teams.
Roles include an experienced Recruitment Consultant as a Delivery Consultant into the Public Sector, and a Delivery Consultant with at least 6 months of experience delivering into Private Sector clients.
They have increased demand in their Public‑Sector Recruitment Desks and need someone to join ASAP to work on live tech roles. They are already on the frameworks and have all agreements in place, but truly need an experienced recruiter to deliver into their key accounts.
This is an office‑based role within a very high‑billing team. You will work alongside some of the highest billers in the industry, have access to many live roles, and benefit from a strong progression scheme via delivery or 360 routes.
Commission ranges from 15% to 20%, with half splits to delivery if you manage full processes and client relationships.

The ideal candidate
* Ideally experienced in Public‑Sector tech roles; if not, at least 12 months of delivery experience in tech across various roles
* Experience in both contract and permanent placements
* Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes with clients
* Commercial mindset with a focus on delivery and growth of existing accounts
