The role Polurrian on the Lizard is looking for a great Commis Chef to support our Head Chef and his kitchen team, with delivering consistently exceptional service to all our guests. You will need to be hardworking, have a strong work ethic and be capable of taking on physically demanding tasks involved with all kitchen tasks. As a 24/7 business, the role requires full flexibility.
