About The Role
As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. Your role will ensure that stock levels meet sales budgets and that the operational functions of the Warehouse run smoothly.
Main Duties Include
1. Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments.
2. Pick and load vans/carriers accurately for timely customer deliveries.
3. Verify stock quantities against computer records.
4. Use judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges.
5. Assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development, and coordinating with drivers to ensure optimal delivery service.
6. Create a positive environment where employees are valued and can reach their potential.
Working Hours
41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.
About You
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of managing a warehouse, preferably in a fast-paced environment like FMCG.
What You'll Need To Succeed

4. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
5. Customer and sales-focused mindset.
6. Experience with MAM is desirable but not essential.
