Link 3 Recruitment are seeking a committed and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join a vibrant, welcoming 3-form entry primary school from February until the end of the academic year, covering maternity leave.

The Role
* Full responsibility for a Year 3 class
* Planning, preparation and assessment in line with the national curriculum
* Adapting teaching to meet the needs of pupils with English as an Additional Language
* Working collaboratively within a large, supportive year group team
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has previous teaching experience in KS2 (Year 3 experience desirable)
* Confident planning and delivering high-quality lessons independently
* Demonstrates strong behaviour management and inclusive classroom practice
* Passionate about supporting pupils from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
Please note: This role is not suitable for ECTs.

* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) — on the Update Service or willing to apply
