Scout recruiting is now looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our clients Marketing Team, on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to produce a wide range of creative materials that bring their brand to life — from print campaigns and digital advertising to social media graphics and event visuals. You’ll play a key role in shaping how their business communicates, connects, and grows.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing Manager, and Marketing Executives to create engaging, high-quality designs that enhance the brand reputation and support their marketing goals.
This role is full time 37 hours a week. Salary up to £26,900 plus excellent non salaried benefits.
It is office based with on site parking available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing a wide range of creative materials including brochures, flyers, signage, banners, and digital assets.
* Supporting digital campaigns across social media, websites, and email marketing.
* Ensuring consistent use of the brand across all platforms and materials.
* Managing relationships with printers, suppliers, and external agencies to maintain quality and cost efficiency.
* Contributing fresh, innovative ideas and keeping up with current design trends.
* Supporting photography, video, and multimedia content creation.
* Managing design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
* Collaborating with colleagues across departments to support campaigns and events.
Key Skills:
We’re looking for someone with a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and a drive to produce creative, professional work that makes an impact.
You’ll need to be:
* Experienced in graphic design, with a strong creative portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Organised with excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Collaborative and confident working with colleagues across departments.
* Innovative, with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches.
A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Graphic Design or a related field is essential, along with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
