Job Title: Social Worker – Mental Health and Substance Misuse
Location: Southwark (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £32 per hour
About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is looking for a dedicated Adult Social Worker to join the Mental Health and Substance Misuse Team in Southwark. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals facing complex challenges, providing support and interventions to promote their well-being and recovery.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will support individuals with significant substance misuse issues and co-occurring mental, physical, and neurological issues. The Social Worker will need experience in direct work and must be dynamic, compassionate, and creative. You will often work in the home environment of individuals, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
